Job Description

Standard Bank Group is seeking an Advisor, Learning to understand and support Learning and Development priorities across the Bank network. This role involves facilitating blended learning interventions to build capability, maximize performance, and support the central learning team in implementing effective L&D strategies to achieve business objectives. Requirements

• First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or other related disciplines
• 5-7 years of demonstrated workplace experience within the area of specialisation (Learning & Development) with evidence of contribution to the People & Culture (P&C) practice
• Strong understanding of Learning and Development principles and strategies
• Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in interpreting data for insights and decision-making
• Experience in managing tasks and meeting timescales
• Team-working capabilities and commitment to upholding standards
• Knowledge of P&C Solution Marketing, Solution Delivery, and Solution Design
• Familiarity with Workforce Insights
