Assistant Lecturer – In Banking

Job Description

The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) is looking for Assistant Lecturers in Banking. Responsibilities include teaching banking courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and actively contributing to the academic and professional growth of banking students at IFM.

Requirements

• Holder of a Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Banking and Finance, Banking and Information System, Money, Banking and Finance, Finance and Investment, Finance
• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 at undergraduate level (or B+ average for non-classified degrees)
• Minimum GPA of 3.8 at Master's Degree level (or B+ average for non-classified degrees)

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, research, and tutorial seminars
• Prepare case studies
• Work in cooperation with senior members of staff on specific projects such as research and consultancy
• Supervise students' projects
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor
