Evolve People Solutions Company Limited is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join their team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for implementing annual HR plans, developing company culture, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee and industrial relations, and overseeing talent management, compensation, benefits, and performance systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong, self-leading communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 5 years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years spent in a similar role (managerial HR experience)
- Digitally literate (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS/HRMS proficiency)
- Strong communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and coach
- Independent
- Ability to lead and manage change
Responsibilities
- Effectively implement annual HR plans in support of the business strategies
- Develop, guide, and implement an effective company culture
- Work closely with Group HR and provide decision-support and solutions through the development of HR metrics
- Ensure HR legal compliance throughout the business
- Manage employee and industrial relations
- Manage talent: recruitment and selection processes, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management and improvement systems
- Handle and monitor staff welfare
