Loan Officer (Dealerships)

Job Description

Mogo Credit Tanzania seeks a Loan Officer (Dealerships) to drive sales of motorcycles, cars, and three-wheelers, manage loan issuance, maintain customer relationships, and support branch operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or financial services sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Customer-focused with ability to build trust and rapport
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of Tanzanian market and customer needs

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Mogo Credit Tanzania financial products, focusing on Bajaj and TVS motorcycles
• Drive sales of motorcycles, cars, and three-wheelers through multiple channels
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Process loan applications in line with company policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up until sales are finalized
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Assist with administrative tasks including vehicle inspections and price updates
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, financing terms, and competitors
• Follow compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and quality requirements
• Perform other tasks to support branch sales operations
