Mogo Credit Tanzania, a new venture by Eleving Group, a leading international fintech company operating in over 15 countries, is seeking Maintenance Personnel to join its founding team in Dar es Salaam. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a company from the ground up in a collaborative, non-bureaucratic, and sustainable work environment. The Maintenance Personnel will manage and maintain motorcycles, ensuring they are in good condition for release, supporting Mogo’s mission of increasing financial access and social mobility through innovative products like car, motorcycle, tuk-tuk, and smartphone financing, as well as logbook loans.

Requirements

• Highschool Certificate or equivalent
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles (advantageous)
• Willingness to be trained on GPS device installation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle physical work and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, dependable, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming and outgoing boda motorcycles at the branch
• Clean incoming and outgoing motorcycles and vehicles
• Conduct basic inspections to ensure motorcycles are in good condition before release
• Assist with GPS device installation on motorcycles after training
• Maintain accurate records of all motorcycles received and released
• Coordinate with Sales and Collection teams on motorcycle availability and readiness
• Ensure safe handling and storage of motorcycles within the branch premises
