Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field
• 1-3 years of experience in procure-to-pay processes, accounts payable, or reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems (experience with SAP highly advantageous)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal departments

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation of purchase orders, goods received notes, invoices, and payment records within the Procure-to-Pay cycle
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or mismatches in P2P transactions
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, finance, warehouse) to clarify information and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all P2P activities and reconciliations
• Prepare regular reconciliation reports and summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and financial controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the P2P cycle
