Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL) is looking for 3 Team Leaders to join their operational teams. These leadership roles are vital for ensuring the efficient implementation of tasks across various departments, from agriculture to technical operations, within Tanzania’s leading sugar producer. Lead a team and contribute to KSCL's mission of sustainable sugar production and economic impact.

Requirements

• Secondary education or vocational training in a relevant industrial, agricultural, or technical field
• 2-4 years of proven experience in an operational role within a manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential or prior supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Ability to understand and implement work instructions and procedures
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic operational issues
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of workers in daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules
• Allocate tasks and monitor individual and team performance against targets
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members, ensuring skill development
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Report on daily production metrics, operational challenges, and team progress to supervisors
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues or bottlenecks
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team
